Payment and Security
All prices listed are in Canadian dollars. Prices and product availability are subject to change without notice. Shopaganda only accepts payments through PayPal and major credit cards. PayPal encrypts your confidential information using SSL technology. Your security is our top priority and we respect your privacy. Your personal information will never be shared, sold or otherwise abused.
Refund & Exchange Policy
Refunds or exchanges of equal or greater value are permitted within 30 days of the shipped date.
Please email us at :info@shopaganda.ca to receive a Return Authorization Number. Please include the following information:
- Your name
- Address, city, state/province, country, zip/postal code
- Daytime telephone number
- Email (if different from the one that you used to send your request)
- Date of your purchase and order number
- Name and description of the item you would like to receive in exchange.
Items being shipped back to Shopaganda for exchange or refund must be postage paid and shipped in their original or equivalent packaging. The Return Authorization number must be clearly marked on the package. Please include a copy of the purchase receipt. In the case of a refund, the customer will be credited for the cost of the item(s) and all applicable taxes. Shipping fees are not refunded.
Once you have prepared your item to be shipped back, please send us an email with the following information:
- Your name
- Courier used to ship the product
- Tracking number
- Date the parcel was shipped
- Expected delivery date
Shopaganda is not responsible for lost or damaged mail. We highly recommend you purchase insurance (very affordable!) to protect yourself from loss during shipping.
We do not accept COD deliveries.
Once exchange has been confirmed, we will contact you and ship out your items at no extra cost. Regular shipping and handling policy applies. All exchanges are final.
